When using the Lodge, users should bring with them items the Lodge does not provide such as:
- Food preparation items such pots, frying pans, baking pans, or other cooking items to prepare and serve food. All dishes, cups, silverware and other eating utensils. Disposable one time use items of this nature are encouraged to be used.
- Potable drinking water. The Lodge can supply only 5 gallons per day of safe potable drinking and cooking water. Users are instructed to bring enough bottled or other containers of potable drinking water for use by their guests during their stay. The tap water in the kitchen and bath rooms has not been certified by the Salt Lake City Division of Drinking Water to meet their requirements for potable, safe drinking water. Eventhough our water tests have not shown any unsafe levels of biological contaminants, we cannot offer our tap water for human consumption. We are working on this deficiency and hope to have it solved by the end of 2012.
