IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE USED.
The reservation deposit of $300.00 for overnight use or $100 for day use can be refunded if the Lodge use reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the Lodge use date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the Lodge use date and the Lodge is used by another group on your reservation dates the deposit can be refunded. If these conditions are not met the deposit may be retained by the WMCF. The reservation deposit will be subtracted from the final Lodge use fee payment which is due one week before your Lodge use date.
