Lodge Amenities
The Lodge has the following available for use by the Lodge users.
- ATTENTION: At this time we cannot provide State certified safe drinking water for our guests. We are in the process of designing and installing a water purificatin system to meet the requirements of the Utah Department of Environmental Quality Division of Drinking Water. We hope to have this system installed and will be able to provide certified safe drinking water to the Lodge users by the Fall of 2013.
- Lodge users are required to provide drinking water for their guests until we have our water treatment system in place.
- Two electric food stoves/ovens
- Microwave oven
- Two Refrigerators with freezer compartment
- Tables (4 large outdoor picnic tables with benches, 2 large round tables, 9 large buffet tables, )
- Metal Chairs and benches to seat 100 people
- (Chairs are in the old entrance hall and the tables are behind the old main door)
- Log benches to seat 30+ outside in the summer
- One 30 cup electric coffee maker
- Large trash cans (bring your own trash bags-45 gallon)
- Fireplace with glass screen (some wood is available for a limited fire, extra wood is available for purchase)
- Large outdoor grill – (four separate grills)-summer only
- Large food service area work table
- Separate men’s and women’s heated bathrooms with flush toilets and showers
- Propane heater (built-in, located in main room)
- Brooms, mop, bucket, and dust pans
- Piano (out of tune)
- Sled/Toboggan-We keep a sled or a toboggan available in the winter to help you haul your gear and food up to the lodge. Return it to the inside of the lodge. Personal snowmobiles or other over the snow vehicles are prohibited for use in the area around the Lodge by the Brighton Resort.
- Snow Shovel(s)
- Bed and mattresses for 20 people (no pillows, linens or blankets are provided) It is suggested that Lodge users spending nights at the Lodge bring sleeping pads and bags to use. These may be used in any room inside the Lodge.
